Kathryn has experience starting young horses and training to Grand Prix. She has earned her USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. She evaluates and works with each horse that comes to her as an individual, setting reasonable expectations and goals designed to encourage growth, without creating stress or anxiety. Horses in her program improve in balance, strength, and confidence. Kathryn will travel a reasonable distance for training, as her schedule allows, or horses may be boarded at Sky River Equestrian Center. Facility details are shown below.

Indoor 80x180 Sand/Rubber Dressage Arena, dragged daily, with full wall of mirrors and covered breezeway from the barn to the arena
All horses are turned out 7 days a week. Full-day pasture turnout is available year-round on the facility's 40 acres. Gravel turnouts are also available for horses unable to go out on grass.
Services and Facility
Board includes daily turn out, hay 3 times a day, LMF grain twice a day, weather dependent blanket changes, daily stall cleaning, fecal checks and selective worming, and feeding of your prepackaged supplements.
The facility offers slightly-larger-than 12x12 stalls, slow feeder boxes in every stall, caretakers living on site for constant supervision, heated lounge, heated tack rooms, heated blanket room, heated bathrooms, and two wash racks with hot water.
Sky River has access to 50,000 acres of trails from the property!
